I like to take photos of things. Mostly peoples. Mostly pretty peoples, if I'm honest. But sometimes toys, or dogs, or maybe a tree. Y'know, interesting stuff.
I shoot a few burlesque shows, but that's just to kill time between photoshoots with models, where I can control the light and the pose and the magic.
My photos will have the tag "my photo". Otherwise, it's stolen from the vast wilderness that is the internet. I usually source pics from Model Mayhem, Flickr or We <3 it.

So I used to have tumblr awhile ago but then I lost my confidence.. I grew bigger and I felt too old to be here.. But I’m back.. And chubbier.. Learning to love myself is the hardest thing I have ever had to do emotionally.. I’ll keep trying.

I have a few ideas in my head for my Marceline tattoo…but they are stuck in my head.
I have no way of getting them out.
If the world was more like Skyrim, I could drink a potion of DRAUGHT OF FORTIFY ART and for the next 30 seconds, I’d have a +50 to my drawing skills.
Quaff a couple hundred bottle of that and I’d have it sketched out.
Like, I’ve got one so clear in my mind. An oval frame, with Marceline just left of centre, family ax in hand, her raised off the ground, floating on a power chord, and Ooo stretching out in the background, like the verdant greenery just outside her cave/house.
Ultimately, I think I’ll have to settle for a simpler design, one that I can more easily translate.
Either way, the idea is for it to form the start of a full or half sleeve. :(
Do tattoos hurt more in the winter?
I find everything hurts more in the winter. I feel like, all the manly “I don’t feel no pain, fool” cells in my body are kinda busy by just keeping me warm.
I’m concerned about getting my first tattoo. I like to think I’m good at pain management. I can stub my toe without swearing. I’m always getting cut at work( paper cut, packing knife cut, CARDBOARD CUT, which is like a papercut, but an inch wide ) and I’ve broken plenty of bones…
In fact, when I was at school, I’d broken my big toe. I very much enjoyed the time off school, so, routinely, every day, I would whack my foot against things, so that it wouldn’t set, and when they x-rayed it after the cast came off, they’d see it was still broke and give me more time off school.
So. It turns out, X-raying after the cast comes off isn’t a thing. Now, whenever I get an x-ray in my foot, like that time I fell down a flight of stairs and landed full weight on my foot, the doctors are all “Oh, it looks like your toe is damaged too…” and I’m all, “Nah, that just does that..”
Sorry. Digression. TL;DR I’m no stranger to pain, but for a tattoo, I’ve not been tested. I have nothing to compare it to. And I’m cold.
