I like to take photos of things. Mostly peoples. Mostly pretty peoples, if I'm honest. But sometimes toys, or dogs, or maybe a tree. Y'know, interesting stuff.
I shoot a few burlesque shows, but that's just to kill time between photoshoots with models, where I can control the light and the pose and the magic.
My photos will have the tag "my photo". Otherwise, it's stolen from the vast wilderness that is the internet. I usually source pics from Model Mayhem, Flickr or We <3 it.

Today, we took Sophie to her friend Macen’s 2nd birthday party. It was a paint party, when you make pictures on tiny canvases and decorated a crown, before it descended into a chaotic flurry of loose balloons being kicked, thrown, bitten, burst, popped and chased.
Sophie loved it. Chasing after balloons and kicking them is one of her favourite things in the world.

Incidentally, Soph took the last photo. She had her eye to the eye piece and pressed the shutter, with Katie only just supporting the weight of the camera.
( I mean, she took about 20 and only 2 or 3 were in focus. lol )
First time trying a woven wrap for baby wearing, rather than just a baby carry thing with buckles and straps and stuffs.
Today, I gave blood and then we went to an Easter picnic hosted by our local Breast Feeding Network group.
Sophie was adorable and she got to play with a bunch of her friends.
Currently, Katie is helping her/our friend who lives at the other side of the country with getting out of her marriage, because the husband is seriously abusive, but she’s too scared to leave.
For the past week, Sophie has been obsessed with snakes. No idea where it has come from, but any video or photo of a snake just enraptures her as she points and shouts “nake! Nake!”
So today, we’re going to a local reptile shop to gawk at the snakes. I hope they actually have snakes… I’ve never been in. Also, since Soph has never seen a snake in the really real world, I hope it doesn’t freak her out!

When they are in the cage, she loves them. But when they are out and about, they sneak up on her! Hahahahaahah.
At one point, they sniffed at Camerawoman Katie’s hand, which makes Soph panic that they are going to eat her hand.
And at around the 1 minute 30 mark, it sound like Soph is calling them an ass-hole.
This video makes me lol. Especially when Soph points right in Momo’s face. I don’t know why that tickles me so.
My little sister had her baby!
She’s a teeny tiny wee thing, only 6lbs or so.
Sophie wanted Baby Emma to play with the balloons with her. lol
This afternoon, we took Sophie a walk up the river.
She was fascinated by the rocky path way, and was ecstatic to find a run of about 20 bike hoops. She loves running through them. But she’s gotten taller since the last time she did it, so had to duck.
But she forgot every now and again and clucked her little monkey noggin a couple of times!
