I like to take photos of things. Mostly peoples. Mostly pretty peoples, if I'm honest. But sometimes toys, or dogs, or maybe a tree. Y'know, interesting stuff.
I shoot a few burlesque shows, but that's just to kill time between photoshoots with models, where I can control the light and the pose and the magic.
My photos will have the tag "my photo". Otherwise, it's stolen from the vast wilderness that is the internet. I usually source pics from Model Mayhem, Flickr or We <3 it.

I’ve a photoshoot this weekend with the amazing Alix Ruin, and so my mind has turned to photograpgical topics.
When I look at photos on Tumblr, all the good photographers have a style…Like, you can look at an Ellen Von Unwerth photo and know it’s from her.
Even photographers that aren’t huge names, even student photographers…they have a style…a look…a feel…a certain je ne sais quoi, but I don’t know what. ( that’s my world famous French joke, btw, so cheers to the two of you that got that )
But when I look at my photos… I don’t know if I really have that. It’s just….a bunch of photos.
Le sigh.
On the plus side, I’m much excited to be having a photoshoot. PLUS! I might have wrangled a photoshoot in a few weeks time, WITH MOTHERFUCKING HORSES!
Actual real life horse portraits. And their riders. Portraits. Of horses. Fucking amazing.

i don’t think i have a style either. i’m always trying new things and i think it makes my work lack a certain amount of cohesiveness. except my newborn photography which is the same style as just about every other newborn photographer it seems.
