I like to take photos of things. Mostly peoples. Mostly pretty peoples, if I'm honest. But sometimes toys, or dogs, or maybe a tree. Y'know, interesting stuff.
I shoot a few burlesque shows, but that's just to kill time between photoshoots with models, where I can control the light and the pose and the magic.
My photos will have the tag "my photo". Otherwise, it's stolen from the vast wilderness that is the internet. I usually source pics from Model Mayhem, Flickr or We <3 it.
You wanna look me up elsewhere?
Burlesque was awesome. Quite different atmosphere and crowd in such a small town venue, but the acts were as amazing as ever.
Took a bunch of photos. Of them, I think about 80 or so are not terrible. It took me the longest time to “dial in” to the settings I needed to get decent looking photos.
In the end, the best shots where from my dirt cheap, shitty 70-200 Sigma lens, which with an aperture up at like 5.6 - 6. Normally my F1.8 50mm lens is the fucking daddy at shit like this, but clearly, having not been to or photographing a burly in about 2 years has made me lose some much needed “low light photography” skills.
Anywho, I’m super tired just now, hope to finish editing the photos over this weekend. Sophie dependant, of course.
